    4. wages — плата, зарплата (за ручной, физический и неквалифицированный труд): high (low) wages — высокая (низкая) зарплата; hourly (weekly) wages — почасовая (недельная) зарплата They are protesting about low wages. — Они протестуют против низкой зарплаты.
